How do I book a photographer or videographer?
Browse the Creatives page to find photographers and videographers in your area. View their portfolio, check pricing, and use the booking form on their profile to request a session. You'll receive a confirmation once the creative accepts.
Do I need an account to browse creatives?
Yes — You will need to create a free account to browse and send a booking request or message a creative directly.
How does payment work?
Payment details are agreed upon between the client and the creative directly. The platform facilitates the connection; individual creatives set and manage their own pricing and payment methods.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact the creative as early as possible — ideally at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled session. Each creative may have their own cancellation policy, so be sure to clarify this before booking.
How do I sign up as a creative?
Click Register on the top left of any page and select the Creative role during registration. Once your profile is approved, you can add portfolio images, set your pricing, and become discoverable on the Browse Creatives page.
What types of services are supported on the platform?
This platform is focused on sports and athletics. This can include action shots, training sessions, team game coverage, individual coverage, highlight reels, social media graphics and other sport-related content. Creatives specialising in athletics are the core of our community.
