Platform Guidelines

These guidelines exist to keep this platform a safe, professional, and enjoyable space for everyone. By using the platform both clients and creatives agree to abide by these rules.

  1. 1.

    Respectful Conduct

    All members — clients and creatives alike — are expected to communicate with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind will result in immediate account suspension.

  2. 2.

    Accurate Profiles

    Creatives must ensure their portfolio, pricing, and availability accurately represent their work and schedule. Misrepresentation of skills or credentials is grounds for removal from the platform.

  3. 3.

    Booking Etiquette

    Honor your commitments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify the other party as early as possible — ideally at least 24-48 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in your account being revoked.

  4. 4.

    Content Standards

    All content shared on profiles must be original, lawful, and sports-related. Do not upload content you do not own the rights to, and avoid anything explicit, offensive, or unrelated.

  5. 5.

    Privacy & Consent

    As with US Copyright law, the digital media is the ownership of the creative. You, as a client, are entitled to copies of the content captured but not the original, unedited versions, unless otherwise provided by the creative. Your images may be used on their social media account or websites.

  6. 6.

    Fair Pricing

    Creatives set their own rates, but pricing must be transparent and applied consistently. Hidden fees or rate changes after booking will not be tolerated.

  7. 7.

    Client Payments

    We only facilitate the connection and scheduling between the client and the creative professional. All payments will be handled outside this platform through the creatives preferred method.
